Schedule Availability / Requirement : Monday-Friday two weeks per month. Ideal schedule would be 1st and 3rd week of the month or 2nd and 4th week of the month

Shift time : 8a-4p

Any call : No

Certification Requirements : Board Certified / Board Eligible

State License Requirements : CA Active license

Additional license requirement : BLS / ACLS, DEA

EMR : Cerner

Average monthly volumes are below :

• Procedures (wire loc, biopsy, etc) : 13
• Screening Mammos : 225
• Diagnostic Mammograms : 30

Duties and Procedures :

Average Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days or less

Logistic Reimbursement : Lodging, Car Rental / Mileage, Flight

Coverage : Next month but if not able to work then December or Feb. The site is needing coverage two weeks per month in December and February.
