Clinical Nurse I : Critical Care Float Pool - Days, 36hrs / week

Join our dedicated Critical Care Float Pool team and make a difference in the lives of patients and their families! As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care in a variety of critical settings.

In this role, you will :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments, and document care as per company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions.
• Assess patient needs and response to care effectively.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications (both over-the-counter and prescription) as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Lead and support ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
