Required Skills and Expertise

• Quality Assurance Expertise : Extensive experience with aerospace quality systems, including AS9100 standards and FAA PMA / Repair Station compliance.
• Leadership : Proven track record of at least 5 years in leadership roles within a manufacturing setting, managing and inspiring technical teams to excel.
• Strategic Planning : Expertise in creating and implementing quality management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with regulatory certifications such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to conduct root cause analysis, manage audits, and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Technical Understanding : Experience in electro-mechanical product environments and familiarity with calibration and inspection equipment.
