Network Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 engineers in delivering managed network, security, and unified communications services

Oversee the design and implementation of SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS, and network connectivity solutions

Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network, security, and voice issues while ensuring adherence to SLAs

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within managed services or IT outsourcing

Expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, routing protocols, and unified communications

Proficiency with network monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and SIEM systems

Preferred Certifications : Cisco CCNP / CCIE, Fortinet NSE 7, Cato Networks Certified Professional, ITIL Foundation
