As the Rental Field Service Dispatcher, you will be the point of contact for the Rental Field Service Technician, Manager and Customer. You will be responsible for scheduling, ordering parts, invoicing and keeping all parties involved updated on the state of repairs.

To be successful in this position you should be able to keep accurate records and provide guidance to customers, technicians, and management with regards to the status of repairs. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. Being able to work as a team and well under pressure is also highly desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

2 3 years' experience as Service Technician

Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations

Computer skills (software and internet usage)

Experience working with GA Port Authority

On call 24 / 7 / 365

Valid driver license
