This is a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product pillars focused on delivering innovative solutions that impact educators, learners, and administrators. The VP of Product will define and execute product strategy, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure alignment between vision, roadmap, and execution. This position leads and mentors a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success, and engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to ensure products meet market needs and create meaningful impact. This role combines strategic insight, operational excellence, and the ability to drive large-scale product transformation while maintaining focus on customer outcomes.

Accountabilities :

Define and communicate clear product strategy and vision across multiple product pillars, balancing long-term innovation with near-term delivery.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Oversee full product lifecycle management, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement.

Establish and monitor key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and inform decisions.

Collaborate across functionsEngineering, Design, Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Successto ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

Act as a customer advocate, leveraging research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to guide product decisions.

Represent the product organization to executive leadership, providing updates on progress, trade-offs, and strategic direction.
