We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is passionate about leadership, quality care, and supporting staff in creating meaningful experiences for our residents.

Position : Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Location : Bloomington, Minnesota

Schedule : Full-time, with on-call rotation support as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest quality of resident care
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff while fostering teamwork and professional growth
• Participate in care planning, assessments, and resident meetings to ensure individualized, person-centered care
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies
• Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of resident care, assessments, and treatment plans
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the clinical team to ensure clear communication and excellent service
• Promote a positive, nurturing, and respectful environment conducive to both staff satisfaction and resident well-being
