Vantage Sales & Lease is a leading home furnishing retailer in Pasadena / Houston area. We are seeking a bilingual delivery / account manager. We are a fun & innovating company transforming the Lease To Own Industry.
As a Delivery / Account manager, your duties would include but not be limited to :
- Insuring 100% customer satisfaction
 - Assisting customers in product ownership by maintaining timely payments
 - Delivery & pick-up merchandise from customers homes
 - Assist customer with service issues and refurbish returned products as needed
 - Maintain weekly and monthly company guidelines
 - Assisting store manager in store growth and customer retention
