Summary :

PeoplesBank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Solutions Analyst to join our innovative IT team. In this pivotal role, you'll design, develop, and optimize business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools. You'll collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs, streamline workflows, and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications that drive operational efficiency across the bank. This opportunity is a hybrid work model, based in Holyoke, MA, offering flexibility while maintaining strong team and business engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

System Administration & Support :

• Design, build and maintain applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Develop and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and workflows to support business processes.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel) into cohesive business solutions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant and aligned with IT governance policies.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance and configure changes and upgrades as needed to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage user access, roles and security configurations.
