Our expert teams include interventional cardiologists, cardiac electrophysiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, vascular surgeons and highly specialized cardiac nurses and technologists. We perform many cardiac procedures using non-surgical interventional techniques and minimally invasive surgery, which can mean less pain, smaller incisions and a faster, easier recovery for patients. At NorthBay Health, the Board Certified, Licensed Interventional Cardiologist will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. With an abundance of recreation and leisure options Northern California offers residents the landscape for healthy active living.

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Dedicated procedure time, General and STEMI call required
• Inpatient / Outpatient Responsibilities : Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient care
• Call Ratio : General call and STEMI call responsibilities
• Daily Patient Census : Manage a consistent daily patient load
• Equipment / Resources : Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources. Multiple catheterization labs available
• Provider Support : Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Key Responsibilities :

Includes lower extremity arterial and venous angiograms, renal, or carotid angiograms

Emergency cardiac catheterizations for myocardial infarctions and / or cardiogenic shock, pericardiocentesis, insertion of mechanical heart pumps such as intra-aortic balloon pumps or other mechanical circulatory support devices

Left Heart and / or Right Heart Catheterizations

Ability to read echocardiograms, nuclear medicine scans, and non-invasive vascular studies
