Job descriptionAirbrake systems Hydraulic systems Live bottom belted chains Diagnose and troubleshoot trailer issues Weld and fabricate trailer parts using MIG, stick welding, plasma cutting , and acetylene torch Repair or replace damaged / worn trailer components Maintain accurate records of work performed Climb trailers / ladders and work at heights or in tight spaces Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Self-motivated , dependable, and efficient team player Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems Experience with welding machines and fabrication tools Ability to work in extreme weather conditions Physical ability to : Kneel, bend, crawl, and work overhead for extended periods Strong communication skills and attention to detail High school diploma or GED (vocational / technical training preferred) Valid driver’s license Must pass a drug screening

Position : Welder / Fabricator
Location : Minto, ND
Schedule : Full-Time
Pay : $18–$22 / hr (based on experience)
Are you a skilled welder / fabricator with a knack for problem-solving and hands-on trailer maintenance? Join our team in Minto, ND , where your mechanical aptitude and fabrication expertise will keep our equipment running strong.
What You’ll Do :
- Perform repairs and maintenance on trailers, including :
Electrical wiring
What We’re Looking For :
Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
