We are seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to become a part of our team! The intake Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will perform routine administrative and clinical duties to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities :

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Manage patient intake
• Manage a welcoming and professional reception area to enhance patient satisfaction and comfort.
• Schedule appointments
• Anticipate patient needs, ease anxieties, and provide clear communication regarding clinic processes and services. (housekeeping / cleaning  may be required when needed)
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Ensure positive experience for every patient
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Create and maintain patient records by collecting, updating, and accurately filing medical, personal and financial information
• Process payments
• Track and manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and providers to ensure smooth clinic operations and communications from front desk to clinical side.
• Participate in weekly virtual one-on-one meetings with supervisors to discuss ongoings.
• Contribute to team success by supporting broader initiatives aligned with Carolina Prime PT mission, vision, and values.
