I am currently supporting a major building automation and energy management project across data centres in Virginia, and we are looking for six experienced BAS Controls Technicians to join the team on a 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities include :

• Service, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Niagara-based systems (AX / N4) or similar open-protocol platforms
• Working primarily within data centre environments, supporting critical HVAC and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience with AHUs, VAVs, RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, VFDs, and other control devices
• Performing network setup, integration, and graphics configuration within BAS environments
• Collaborating with project and field teams to ensure smooth system operation and reliable uptime
