Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the business services industry. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support. Collaborate with clients to create effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a network of qualified professionals in the human resources field. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent. Provide market insights and industry trends to clients to guide hiring decisions. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics. Strategic Business Development for existing clients and breaking into new accounts.

A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have: a proven track record in recruitment or business development. Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms. Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
