Responsibilities Work in an MRI department within a healthcare facility Evening shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM No weekends or call required Floating may be required within the facility and scope of practice Assignment length is 14 weeks Candidates are expected to be available to work major holidays occurring during the assignment; no holiday time-off can be requested except in specific situations Maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed, no requests granted during the first week of assignment Modules must be completed during orientation and are recorded via transcripts Local candidates are accepted at the same rate Permanent or PRN staff must be away from the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler Return travelers must complete a successful assignment outside the system before rebooking if previously unable to return Travel pairs cannot be assigned the same shift in the same unit Blocked scheduling is not permitted Full compliance is required by the start date to avoid onboarding delays Requirements Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience required GA or Compact state license must be in hand at time of consideration; license required if applicable First-time travelers are accepted Two supervisory references are highly preferred for consideration, with references from a manager or above Must be able to submit required documentation and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-621735.
