A company is looking for an Events Specialist to manage logistics and coordinate cross-functional teams for various events.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end logistics for regional trade shows and customer-led events
Serve as the primary coordinator for event-related inventory and budget management
Support post-event lead tracking and workflow management within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in corporate trade shows, conferences, or field marketing programs (B2B or SaaS preferred)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to travel within the U.S. for select events
