About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to partner with firm leadership and elevate the firm’s structure and performance. This role is hands-on and strategic, ideal for a business-minded professional who understands the value of strong systems, reliable reporting, and streamlined operations. From financial oversight to workflow optimization, you will play a key part in shaping how the firm grows and delivers exceptional legal service.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AR / AP, payroll, billing, budgeting, and trust (IOLTA) reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and key performance metrics
• Implement systems, SOPs, and operational policies that support consistency and scalability
• Evaluate and manage case management and accounting tools such as Clio and QuickBooks
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with the firm’s long-term goals
• Monitor cash flow, collections, and expense control
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and firm productivity reports
• Lead and mentor administrative and operations team members
• Drive technology adoption and process improvements across the firm
