Opportunities You'll Tackle

Healthcare Provider Network

: Construct the premier network for healthcare professionals to collaborate, share anonymized data, and explore new treatments and methodologies for advancing medical science.

Advanced Analytics

: Elevate our analytics engine to deliver more intricate predictions, visualizations, and insights.

Patient Interaction

: Streamline patient management through automated workflows tailored to specific health conditions, treatments, and clinical milestones via our sophisticated rules engine and patient portal.

Integration Expansion

: Enhance our suite of integrations with electronic health records, wearable technology, and other healthcare platforms.

Platform Optimization

: Refine and upgrade our systems to support scalability and manage an increasing volume of data.

Technologies We Employ

Backend and Frontend Development : Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React

Testing and Integration : RSpec, Capybara, Jest, CircleCI

Styling : Styled Components

Database Management : PostgreSQL, Redis

Role Expectations

Collaborate with product managers and designers to conceptualize and implement new features.

Commit to active development practices with a focus on thorough testing.

Conduct peer code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.

Enhance and stabilize a critical production environment.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 4 years' experience in web application development, with a track record of managing projects from start to finish.

Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Direct experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript, with practical knowledge of React.

A team-oriented mindset, with a history of productive collaborations with leadership, product teams, and customer-facing groups.

A solid understanding of database technologies and backend development principles.
