About the Role

We are hiring the first Creative Strategist on the team. Alongside our Head of Creative, you will help establish our creative strategy practices, shape processes, and set a high bar for how creative decisions get made.

This is a hybrid strategy plus creative development role. You will help define what kinds of creative we make, why it matters, and how we evolve based on results. You will own the "why" behind the work, synthesizing performance data, client goals, and cultural insights to shape high-impact campaigns.

You will collaborate with producers, editors, creators, and clients to identify top-performing themes and formats, pitch new concepts, and outline creative testing strategies. This role is for someone who loves connecting the dots between creative intuition and data-driven thinking.

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Ideation

• Build and maintain concept maps that align with client goals and performance insights.
• Own creative ideation sessions—pitching new hooks, formats, and storytelling frameworks built for paid social.
• Ensure variety and breadth across formats, tones, and messaging angles in every creative sprint.
