Route Coverage :

Drive across all 48 states with freight mostly running east of I-35. Enjoy the flexibility of OTR routes without any forced NYC dispatch.

Consistent Miles & Freight :

  • Weekly Mileage : Average 2,000 - 2,200 miles (based on your availability and HOS)
  • Freight Type : 100% no-touch, with a balanced mix of 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload

Quality Equipment and 24 / 7 Operations Support

Hit the road in a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth and access support anytime, day or night – we've got your back!

Vacation Plan That Grows with You :

  • 1 Year : 1 week
  • 3 Years : 2 weeks
  • 7 Years : 3 weeks
  • 15 Years : 4 weeks

    • Earnings and Bonus Structure :

  • Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours
  • Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day
  • Performance Bonus : Up to an extra 3 CPM based on safety and productivity

    • Sign-On Bonus Breakdown :

  • 500 with your first load
  • Another $500 after 30 days
