Residential AV Service Technician

We are a growing & thriving, well-established design and build technology company with 30 employees serving the luxury residential construction market in the greater San Diego area.

We provide state of the-art solutions from smart electrical, lighting design, mechanized shades, and audio / video solutions.

We are growing our business and need strong support team with the skills to represent our company and deliver service with the attention to detail and pride in workmanship needed for the highest quality automation systems in the area. Creativity, Efficiency, and Timeliness skills are a must.

Your primary accountabilities are :

Typical brands to be familiar with

Taking payments from clients upon successful service completion on company software

Making your work environment cleaner when you leave then when you have arrived

Doing daily reports to update your project manager where you are at and what needs to be done

Being able to creatively problem solve when challenges are presented

Train customers on the system upon final delivery

Have a Service mentality and a Positive Attitude!
