Admission Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Identification: Two forms of ID-one must be a valid Social Security Card, and the other must be a government-issued photo ID.
• Health Requirements: TB (PPD) Skin Test, up-to-date physicals (within 1 year), and Hepatitis B Vaccine or signed waiver.
• Background Check: Criminal background check from your local police department.
