About the Role

Were hiring a Merchandising Coordinator (Contract- 3 months) to play a key role in supporting our e-commerce operations by ensuring our product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for conversion. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional looking to gain real-world experience in digital merchandising, marketing, and online retail. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding overseas developers and internal stakeholdersto maintain and enhance product pages, assist with new product launches, and contribute to the overall customer experience on our website.

This 3-month contract offers the potential for extension based on performance and business needs, and provides a great stepping stone into the world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining existing product listings by updating prices, imagery, descriptions, and other relevant information
• Enhancing existing listings by creating and implementing new elements such as customer photos, infographics, FAQs, etc.
• Building listings in support of new product releases
• Working with our development team (overseas) to build and implement new website features
• Collaborating with other company stakeholders to make sure the website is delivering a best-in-class experience for our customers
• Other projects as requested

Work Schedule :

Full time / 40 hours, Monday Friday

Work Location :

On-site at 20730 72nd Ave S, Kent, WA 98032 (Hybrid, 1 day remote from home)

Compensation :

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and education / certification(s).
