Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living | 819 Ash Street, Spooner, WI 54801

Position Schedule :

  • full-time, days
  • no scheduled weekends or holidays but participates in on-call responsibilities

Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living, a 14-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), has an opening for a full-time director. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising staff. In addition, this position will work some shifts as a resident assistant.

As the assistant director, you will :

  • respond to any family and / or resident concerns
  • tour perspective families and / or residents
  • round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
  • conduct audits per CBRF registry
  • maintain employee schedules
  • maintain attendance and payroll records
  • participate in recruitment and retention activities

    • Required Skills :

  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
  • computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs
  • ability to organize and set priorities

    • Required Qualifications :

  • must be age 18+
  • previous employment in a caregiving role
  • CBRF training classes preferred
