Transportation Application Analyst

The Transportation Application Analyst is responsible for implementing and managing a software-based transportation scheduling platform for skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. This role ensures the platform is successfully adopted across locations and optimized for efficient fleet utilization, compliance, vendor management, data and KPIs. Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Coordinator for Fleet Management, the analyst plays a key role within the Supply Chain Management team in driving operational efficiency and resident care coordination.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation and rollout of the transportation scheduling software across senior living facilities.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support to facility staff to ensure effective platform usage.
• Coordinate with facility teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of resident transportation using fleet resources.
• Monitor software utilization and develop performance KPIs and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with software vendor and operations teams to ensure compliance with transportation protocols and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in fleet operations and software adoption.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Required Education and Experience :

Associate's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Health Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.

Demonstrated experience in implementing software systems or technology solutions in a healthcare or logistics setting.

Intermediate Excel

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree.

Experience in a healthcare or long-term care environment.

Familiarity with routing or transportation management systems (TMS) software.

Excellent problem-solving, communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
