Job descriptionAct as the point of contact for complex customer issues that require immediate attention and resolution Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving escalated concerns, improving work processes, and collaborating with the Project’s management team 3-5 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related field, with a focus on escalations management. Minimum 3-5 years direct management experience in a high-volume contact Center; Previous Health care or public assistance program background preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
Automated Health Systems (AHS) is seeking Call Center (Escalations) Manager to manage and oversee Customer Escalations.
