What Can We Do For You?

$22–$30 per hour base pay with significant performance-based earning potential – our top technicians make up to $100 per hour!

Performance bonuses are included in total compensation and structured to maximize your earnings.

8-hour job, 8-hour pay – we value your time and effort!

What You’ll Be Doing :

Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions in residential and / or commercial settings.

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.

Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to customers in a professional and approachable manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For :

1-2 years of experience in HVAC service and installation.

EPA certification (required).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Proven technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting procedures.

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Possess the physical stamina and comfort to work in various weather conditions and navigate confined spaces.
