Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for uncovering hidden treasures? Goodwill Industries of Tenneva is hiring an E-Commerce Jewelry Specialist to join our mission-driven E-Commerce team!
This position plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and listing jewelry pieces for sale online. Its perfect for someone who enjoys working with fine and costume jewelry, has a strong sense of organization, and takes pride in helping turn donations into opportunities that support our community programs.
What Youll Do
- Sort through donated jewelry to identify valuable costume and fine jewelry pieces suitable for online resale.
- Test jewelry to determine metal content and gemstones using standard testing methods and tools.
- Photograph jewelry items using an iPhone, ensuring images are clear, accurate, and appealing for online listings.
- Create detailed, accurate, and engaging titles and descriptions that maximize visibility and value.
- Research items as needed to ensure accurate pricing and categorization.
- Maintain and manage jewelry inventory by adding, organizing, and removing items as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals for sorting, listing, and accuracy.
- Utilize data and feedback to improve listing efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Support other E-Commerce functions as needed, including packing and shipping orders or listing non-jewelry items.
