Overview : Oversees Sentara Medical Group programs and services in collaboration with the Acute Care and Health Plan divisions. Focus areas include community care delivery, access and population management, acute care provider staffing as well as medical operations of practices and overall quality of Sentara Medical Group. Administers the overall quality programs of the ambulatory practice such as Peer Review, Quality and Safety.
Education : Medical Degree - Degree from an accredited medical school and fully licensed to practice medicine by state medical boards. Bachelor Degree.
Experience : 10+ years demonstrated experience implementing operational strategy involving different stakeholders (e.g., ELT members, administrators, patients, clinicians).
