Job descriptionSell and explain insurance policies (auto, home, renters, and more) tailored to client needs Acquire new clients while also focusing on customer retention and satisfaction Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and cross-sell additional products Build strong, lasting relationships to maintain high client loyalty Meet sales performance goals ($20,000 / month in new business premium on average) Maintain compliance with underwriting and industry regulations Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills Professional phone etiquette and ability to multi-task Prior insurance or sales experience preferred Maintains a professional appearance Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
