Overview

Seeking a competitive, dynamic, and ambitious leader to head up our sales efforts with contract furniture. The Sales Manager is responsible for building and coaching high-performing sales teams and achieving sales goals for each of our three markets. The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in our expansion efforts and has high rewards for success. Are you the one who can help us get there?

Develop a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Hold team members accountable to sales goals, processes, and company values
  • Hire, train, and retain top-performing salespeople
  • Mentor, coach, and manage team members
  • Motivate and inspire the sales force
  • Train team members how to prospect, present, and close deals

Learn and Implement our "Discover, Design, Deliver" process

  • Become an expert in our sales and implementation process—Discover, Design, Deliver
  • Gain expert knowledge in using all of our software tools, including Smartsheet, Insightly, Hedberg, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Become an expert in contract furniture and understand vendors and offerings to win more business
  • Train and hold team members accountable for using our process and tools
  • Work with other department leaders to improve the process and solve problems so we can achieve our company's mission of Exceptional Spaces—On time, On budget
  • Business Development

  • Lead efforts for business development in all markets
  • Find, develop, and distribute leads to sales team members
  • Train team members how to do business development
  • Manage team participation in industry-specific and approved networking groups
  • Work with our Marketing department to cultivate strategic relationships with key Architecture and Design (A&D), Commercial Real Estate firms (CRE), and General Contractors (GC)
  • Achieve company goals in achieving new business from key sectors, including corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and government
  • Develop a list of 40 key strategic competitive accounts for each market and make sure we have a strategy for winning that account
  • Develop and implement strategies to become the market share leader for every market
  • Lead out on relationships with C-Suite at target accounts
  • Plan, Present, and Win

  • Become expert level in responding to and winning bids and competitive opportunities
  • Win the majority of RFPs and competitive bids in each market
  • Lead the team in creating winning bid response strategies
  • Become a confident, dynamic, and influential presenter

    This is a full-time, in-person position working in our Las Vegas or Boise office. Daily working hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday with a one-hour break for lunch.

    Travel

    The Sales Manager will travel to each of our offices as needed to accomplish sales goals. This could be monthly or more often, as needed by that market.
