Job Title : Marketer
The Marketing Director / Community Liaison leads Symbii Home Health and Hospice - Bear River's marketing efforts, driving strategic growth through relationship-building and community outreach. This role oversees market development initiatives with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and physician offices. The Marketing Director / Community Liaison is responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase patient referrals, strengthen community presence, and ensure alignment with the organization’s mission of delivering safe, high-quality healthcare.

Cache County with parts of / all of Box Elder County.
Responsibilities
- Direct all marketing and business development activities to achieve annual volume projections and revenue goals.
- Demonstrate proficient sales-related practices, including cold calling, conversion of referrals to admissions, and ongoing relationship-building strategies.
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy, including market assessments, referral growth plans, and territory management.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of marketing activities, referral source interactions, and outcomes.
- Align branding, communications, and public relations efforts with organizational culture and standards.
- Monitor community and customer perceptions of Symbii and develop strategies to reinforce its reputation as a provider of choice.
- Identify opportunities for service growth, market expansion, and innovative approaches to meet evolving community needs.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the home health, palliative care, and hospice markets, including competitors, referral trends, and regulatory shifts.
- Analyze the cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Partner with the Care Coordination Team to ensure smooth patient and family transitions through the admission process.
- Serve as a visible leader in the community, representing Symbii at events, conferences, and professional associations.
Job Requirements
A minimum of a High School diploma. College or University preferred.Minimum of 1-year in progressive marketing or sales-related experience. Hospice / Home Health experience strongly preferred.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.Ability to drive to and call upon 6 - 8 individual accounts per day. (Ranging from hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, retirement / independent communities, senior centers, clinics, etc.)Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.Strong organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
