• Litigation Attorney
• to join our growing practice in our Owings Mills, MD office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience, and will work both autonomously and with senior attorneys on Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense and general Civil Litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to manage case strategy and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws .

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland
• (admission to or eligibility for D.Candidates should have at least three to five years of experience with litigation.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
