We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist with experience in data mining to analyze large datasets from public domain or company internal data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and programming skills. The primary objective of this role is to use AI, computational biology, and bioinformatics methods to classify and process R&D data, identifying potential opportunities for drug optimization and protein targets for immunotherapy.

Responsibilities :

• Data Mining :  Apply data mining techniques to large datasets from clinical trials, using desensitized data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Machine Learning Model Development :  Design, develop, and train machine learning models to classify and process R&D data, identifying potential opportunities for drug optimization.
• Protein Target Identification :  Use AI, computational biology, and bioinformatics methods to identify protein targets of immunotherapy in cancers and other diseases.
• Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret results from data mining and machine learning models, providing insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that data analysis and machine learning models are aligned with business objectives and research goals.
• Communication :  Present findings and results to both technical and non-technical audiences, including written reports, presentations, and visualizations.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in machine learning and data mining, with a strong focus on clinical trial data analysis and its application to drug development and target selection.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Compensation and Benefits :

The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.

While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise align strongly with the requirements of the role.
