This position is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to help shape and drive our 3PL brokerage services. Job Details

Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all aspects of our 3PL brokerage services, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the profitability and growth of our 3PL brokerage services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of 3PL services with other business operations.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, and develop and implement best practices for financial management within the 3PL brokerage services.
Foster relationships with key clients and partners, and work to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Provide leadership and direction to the 3PL brokerage team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a major shipper or 3PL.

Demonstrated experience in managing 3PL brokerage services, with a track record of enhancing profitability and growth.

Strong strategic planning and financial management skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on market trends and competitive landscape.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Strong understanding of financial and regulatory requirements for 3PL brokerage services.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
