Travel Critical Care Unit (CCU) RN – Lima, OH

Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 | Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Nights | Schedule : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM | Guaranteed Hours : 36 / week

Weekend Requirement : Every Other Weekend

On Call : None

Position Overview :

Join a dedicated critical care team providing high-quality patient care in an advanced healthcare environment. The RN will assume responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients using evidence-based practices. This role requires sound clinical judgment and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities :

Deliver patient-centered care using age-specific criteria.

Plan, direct, and teach support staff including LPNs / PCTs and Unit Secretaries.

Support open-heart recovery patients and float to units within skill level as needed.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of Critical Care experience — Immediate Open Heart Recovery experience required (3 years preferred)

BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) – Required

NIHSS – Required

TNCC – Highly Preferred

Must be willing to float to all units within skill level
