Speak with VPs, Directors and Hiring Leaders

within Fortune 1000 companies and VC funded start-ups to consult

with them on their hiring needs and process

Utilize innovative sourcing tools to find both

active and passive candidates

Engage with potential clients in an outside

sales environment

Prospect for new accounts via phone and in

person in a protected territory

Your background likely includes :

BS / BA Degree

1 5 years of experience in sales or tech recruiting

Excellent verbal and written communication

skills

Strong customer service and a high level of

professionalism

Work history of meeting and exceeding individual and team goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Compensation and Benefits :

$45, 000-$55, 000 base salary

Best commission structure

in their class with uncapped earning potential
