Sr Systems Administrator - SOX

Position Purpose

Performs advanced maintenance and repairs, including installs and configurations of systems software and hardware. Troubleshoots server and infrastructure related problems and provides technical support to other IT teams as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT application controls in support of SOX and SOC audits.
• Coordinate and support SOC 1 / SOC 2 audit activities including control walkthroughs, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal IT controls and identify control gaps, weaknesses, or deficiencies.
• Troubleshoots complex incidents, identifies root cause, fix and documents problems, and implements preventive measures
• Interacts with the service desk and other teams to assist in incident resolution, and troubleshoot server, operating system, and other infrastructure problems
• Monitors system performance and reports any unresolved incidents to respective support group
• Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates system utilization to ensure the appropriate and efficient use of system resources
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education / Experience

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range : $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
