10pin bowling lounge –where Chicago loves to bowl- located in iconic Marina City in Chicago seeks an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to create and deliver content that raises awareness about the brand and supports sales growth.
This individual will be a brand ambassador- introducing and promoting the benefits of 10pin to new and existing markets while driving sales growth.

The Sales, Marketing, and Events Coordinator is responsible for building sales by planning highly visible activities that promote and market the brand. This is a sales
Responsibilities and duties include:
Planning and Executing
- Drive sales - Create comprehensive marketing and sales plans to achieve projections
- Build and promote daily and quarterly special events and promotions from start to finish to achieve sales goals. By working individually, with the corporate team as well as sponsors (beverage partners, local businesses etc.)
Brand Visibility
Social media marketing - Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google Business, EventBrite, TripAdvisor and company website updates
- Create and edit photos in 10pin on personal camera or phone to use on social media and promotional materials
- Work with corporate graphics partners to develop marketing materials. Familiarity with Canva and Photoshop a plus
- Update internal marketing materials - table tents, flyers, chalkboards, check presenters, etc
Outreach
- External and offsite promotion - meet with potential clients, host offsite pop-ups, bring promotional materials to local businesses, hotels and residencies
- Outreach to local charities, neighboring businesses/hotels, local residencies as well as alumni and social groups etc.
- Respond to online social media comments, voicemails and reviews
- Attend offsite networking events and stay up to date with local associations
Qualifications
- Meaningful experience in social media management
- Proven Sales experience
