Responsibilities

Customer Interaction : Engage with clients over the phone and in-person, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to their concerns.

Problem Resolution : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively and efficiently for clients.

Service Education : Educate clients about the services and policies available, helping them to make informed decisions.

Data Management : Accurately update and maintain client information in our database systems.

Communication : Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Feedback Collection : Gather and report customer feedback to help improve service processes and product offerings.

Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about industry standards and incorporate best practices to improve the quality of customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications : Previous customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of effectively handling customer requests and resolving complaints.

Education : A high school diploma or GED is required.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving : Ability to think critically and find solutions quickly to meet customer satisfaction.

Computer Literacy : Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software platforms.

Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required in order to start - paid training for the class is offered

Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Must be able to pass the required NYS background check including financial services background check.
