Job Summary :

The Full-Service Driver is responsible for delivering, stocking, rotating, and merchandising Pepsi products at assigned customer locations, typically vending machines, coolers, and small accounts. This role ensures that all products are fresh, available, and attractively displayed while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to safety and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver Products : Safely operate a company vehicle (typically a side-bay truck) to deliver Pepsi beverages to assigned customer accounts on a scheduled route.
• Restock & Merchandise : Fill vending machines and cooler accounts according to machine or cooler planograms.
• Inventory Management : Count and record product deliveries and returns accurately; maintain proper truck inventory levels.
• Equipment Care : Clean, service, and perform basic maintenance on vending machines, and coolers, as needed.
• Customer Service : Build and maintain positive relationships with customers; address service issues promptly and professionally.
• Safety & Compliance : Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.
• Reporting : Complete daily route paperwork, delivery logs, and inventory reconciliation accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Starting pay $19.20 per hour or higher depending experience.
