Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to modernize and optimize accounting operations through automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee customer invoicing, aging, and collections processes across all business segments

Lead automation initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and enhance cash management

Serve as the functional lead for Workday Accounting, optimizing configurations and integrations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance transformation, or financial systems

Strong technical understanding of Workday Financials or similar ERP platforms

Proven experience leading accounting process automation and systems integration projects

In-depth knowledge of GAAP and core accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, consolidations)
