Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Customer Service Desk in McLean, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal in a retail location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. You will help to deter potential security-related incidents by managing access control, checking badges, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Your presence at the front desk supports the smooth flow of daily operations while upholding our company values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a dynamic team and make a positive impact every day.
