We'd like for you to have :

• 2+ years of pastry / culinary experience is required.
• Previous italian restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience managing a large team of hourly team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple different tasks.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
