Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects.

Job Details : As a Journeyman Electrician, you will have a vital role in the installation of commercial electrical systems, while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. You will also need to effectively lead / supervise and guide team of 2-3 members to achieve project goals.

Reporting Relationship(s) : Project Managers

Responsibilities : Installation of electrical systems, while leading a team of electricians and apprentices.

Workplace : Metro Atlanta Area, may be indoors or outdoors depending on the project site.

Daily Tasks :

• Communicate daily goals and assignments with the superintendent.
• Ensure necessary materials are readily available and organized.
• Maintain high workmanship standards, adhering to OSHA and company regulations.
• Provide effective status updates to the superintendent regarding task progress.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices to meet project schedules
• Use technology to improve communication and efficiency.
• Ensure personal and team use of work tools is done so according to safety regulations.
• Interpret and install according to Conduit Drawings and Blueprints.
• Represent 5 Points Electrical professionally.
• Optimize team efficiency, implementing suggestions to boost productivity.
• Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and efficiently
