Role

Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end vendor payment process for domestic and international suppliers. This includes invoice processing, payment scheduling, exception handling, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.

What you'll do

Invoice Processing

• Receive, scan, verify, and process supplier invoices in SAP with full collaboration with our shared service centers;
• Ensure proper coding and approval workflows are followed for non-PO invoices;
• Resolve discrepancies and follow up on missing documentation.
