Patient Navigator Administrator

A company is looking for a Patient Navigator Administrator to join their Patient Navigator team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient callbacks to schedule genetic testing appointments

Provide education and support regarding hereditary cancer testing

Register patients and manage follow-up appointments while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of recent administrative experience in a healthcare setting

Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Ability to work independently in a HIPAA-compliant remote workspace

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
