About The Position

Job responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical and functional status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients' goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for self-management and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
