Automotive Sales Consultant – Volkswagen of Duluth, Duluth, MN

Join our award-winning team and grow a career in automotive sales at a dealership recognized for excellence and customer satisfaction. This full-time position is open to candidates in Two Harbors, MN, who are willing to commute to Duluth, MN.

Location : Duluth, MN (commutable from Two Harbors, MN)

Schedule : Monday – Saturday

Pay : $42,000 – $100,000 per year (performance-based)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Use apps and technology to support sales activities
  • Seek out and develop customer networks throughout the community
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

    • Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Competitive, high-energy personality
