In this role, you are the central hub of our communications, guiding clients through the initial steps of their car-buying journey and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and seamless.

What You'll Do (Your Impact) :

• Be the Guide : Connect with customers via their preferred method-phone, email, or text-to listen to their needs, answer their questions, and guide them to the perfect vehicle and sales professional.
• Create a Great First Impression : Serve as the primary point of contact for all online and phone inquiries, providing prompt, helpful, and personalized responses that make customers feel valued from the start.
• Orchestrate the Experience : Arrange personalized vehicle viewings and test drives that fit seamlessly into our customers' busy schedules.
• Build Relationships : Nurture our customer community by maintaining contact, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them feel like part of our family long after their initial inquiry.
• Support the Team : Collaborate closely with our sales and management teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and a consistently exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Keep Us Looking Sharp : Assist in keeping our online vehicle inventory accurate  and appealing for our digital window shoppers.
